This is one of my favorite storage options, it even doubles as a nightstand. You can put a night light, charger, water, etc. It can bring your whole room together and if you raise your bed, it’s the perfect height.

This is one of my favorite ways to elevate a wall shape but still stay within a budget. The one linked above cost about $16 for 50 different pictures. It can bring your dorm theme together so easily and look like you spent time doing it as well!

3. Chair Storage
The ottoman listed above not only comes in many cute colors but can be used as a chair and a storage basket. I’ve seen many girl put shoes, large jackets, and even unused school supplies in one of them. I
f you pick the right color, it blends in with your room easily and is an extra seating area in your dorm room.
4. Upgrade Your Desk
Your desk starts off blank but with a few items, you can turn it into a place to do your homework, makeup, and so much more.

We LOVE bedside tables and this one especially is perfect for dorm rooms.
You can have your water, plants, phone charger, or anything you want right next to your bed.

Plants, even fake ones, can bring some life and color into your dorm. If you can take care of a real plant, then I recommend buying one. These succulents are perfect for your desk or nightstand.
7. Fluffy Rug
I had a carpet in my first year of college and absolutely loved it. It was a place for my friends to sit on and I did not like the hardwood on my feet. If you are the same way, I highly recommend you buy one. A carpet is also perfect if you spill something. Cause, you won’t have to pay for the damage to the hardwood floor.

These shelves are less than $20 on Amazon and are a great way to take up wall space.
